I think you should open a ticket with dell support.
I don't think the times for updates on all this info
can be changed. The refresh intervals are hard coded
into the appliance.
Contact support.

The settings he mentioned can indeed be changed in Settings > Provisioning > Communication Settings. - JasonEgg 7 years ago
Under the communication settings it should tell you how many are checking in per minute or second. I know you have it set to 12H right now, can you tell us what that says for clients checking in? Thanks! - KACE_Irwin 7 years ago

I identified it because the web navigation is too slow.
My asset history retention is 3 months.
