AdminStudio (SCCM Edition) Install on a VM?

Flexera states; "It is recommend that Installshield or AdminStudio be installed on stable systems that are not run in virtual environments and that are not re-imaged frequently."

Seems like the wrong way to go, but they did... Has anyone been able to install AdminStudio on a VM successfully?

I have mine on VMware & they work gr8 without any problem.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
