I am facing a strange problem , I have a plugin which works fine on the Admin account but does not work in the user account even though i have made the package to be per machine . How can i make the software work ? Is it some issue related to the Elevated Privileges .

YOu need to investigate what are the files or registries are being accessed/modified during runtime. YOu will need to set permissions on those...
