Active and All Incidents working differently across multiple queues
I have 3 different queues that I am managing right now. When I go into the 1st queue and click on view by active incidents I don't get closed tickets. In queue 2 & 3 if I click on active incidents it is blank. I have to click on All Incidents to get the tickets to show up and then I get everything even closed tickets. Is there something set up wrong or is this how it works across multiple queues? I have actually switched to the different queues when this happens.
