I had a application using the Access 97 Runtime, but that wasn't any problem repackaging using InstallShield.
The installation of Access 97 Runtime was built-in in the application tho, so it might have been modified by the application developer.

Thanks Jonas... the one I'm doing has the runtime built into it as well. I was debating pushing the 2003 runtime (MSI) instead but I haven't tested whether it tries to convert the DB when opening yet.
