We have a ticket rule that closes HD tickets from non-staff members. Results are emailed to: <end user's email address>. This rule has worked fine, but recently we noticed the title for the column is now in Spanish. All other reports are correct with English titles. I do not see anything in the query that refers to Spanish. How do we put this back to English?

Who generated the ticket rule for you?
Is it possible to edit the code where it sends you the email?
I want to see if the same thing happens for you.

After removing the end users's email address and adding it back, it changed to English.
