If your company is using Gmail, use the following settings to get the kbox working with your emails.

Settings > Control Panel > Network settings

Check "use smtp server" and enter in gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 

This will allow the kbox to send out via gmail thru port 25.

 

Enable your service desk pop3 server: pop.gmail.com


In your ticket que config, enter in your email and password for the help desk.

 

BAM! Your kbox now works with gmail. No need for a relay server or any extra jazz.
