Install is an MSI; note that there is both an ordinary-user download and an MSI for system administrators.  See https://zoom.us/download. The ordinary-user is a self-extracting .exe that identifies itself in Programs & Features as Zoom Video Communications, Inc Zoom [version].  But the MSI identifies itself (stupidly) as Zoom Zoom [version].

Zoom also gives you their own switches; pay special attention to the zconfig settings.  These sets Zoom to auto-update, which it will do silently:

Uninstall Zoom:

Install the Outlook Plugin:
