Command Line
For a silent Install from a network share the following command will work:

\\server\setup.exe -s -f1"\\server\install.iss" -f2"C:\Windows\Temp\install.log"

In the install.iss file, which is set as read only by default, you can set the following parameters:

FolderName—The name of the folder for Mathematica icons created in the Start menu.

InstallDir—The directory in which Mathematica should be installed.
