Command Line
After downloading the latest package, run the EXE (Self extracting EXE- let it decompress itself for best results), then collect the newest contents from %TEMP% folder; copy that to your network share.

You can now launch the EXE with MSI switches:
"\\SERVER\SHARE\Sprint\Sprint SmartView for Windows_1.14\Sprint_CM.exe" /v/qn/norestart

Note

Sprint doesn't know what "Enterprise custom configurability" means, even though they offer it. When contacting support they have no idea how to offer this service, and said I may have been the only customer to ever request it even though they had it in the documentation. Just use AppDeploy :)

Note
I deployed Version 2.24
Extract the setup executable to a folder ( i used winrar)

The command line i used was the following

"Sprint CM Setup.exe" /S /V"USEWIFI="false" /qn /norestart

The last command line didnt have spaces in the arguments passed to msiexec however they are needed. The USEWIFI=False disables the wifi locator icon.
