The Spiceworks installer is built with the Open Source NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System). Here is what I used to uninstall.

To UNINSTALL Spiceworks silently launch one of the following:

“%PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\Spiceworks\uninst.exe” with params “/S”
“%PROGRAMFILES%\Spiceworks\uninst.exe” with params “/S”

At the end of the silent uninstall process, an Internet Browser will open and bring a page up saying "Sorry to see you go. What can we do better?" A way to handle this is add another task section to look for iexplore.exe process and kill that process if exist. Just a thought.

The other command line switches are located at this link: {http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Docs/Chapter3.html}
