Note
Keep the licence file  rarreg.key in the same folder as the installer
Install using /S

wrar560.exe /S

If for some reason, Winrar does not copy the licence file then copy it to the winrar folder
copy /y rarreg.key "C:\Program Files (x86)\WinRAR"

For removal

REM Remove program
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WinRAR\uninstall.exe" /S

REM Remove Licence key
del /Q "C:\Program Files (x86)\WinRAR\rarreg.key"

or even this one
REM Remove entire folder
RD /S "C:\Program Files (x86)\WinRAR\"
