Use the /S switch to install it silently/unattended, with no user interaction. Be aware that the /S switch must be written with caps lock (UPPERCASE)!

Example: SetupImgBurn_2.3.2.0.exe /S

Also if you like it better, you can simply copy the once installed files to the target computer and create a shortcut on the desktop.
