Note
The information in the prior post is very helpful. Especially since Intel's documentation is kind of weak when it comes to deploying or creating a package. I have found something else very helpful. A very easy way to deploy this app without having to pass so many commands via commandline is using the setup.xml. The documentation does give you some information on it but not enough. I have pasted below the available component names that can be put in the xml to include/exclude different components. I have also copied an example of a very basic xml that installs silently, with no reboot and installs all components except the administrator toolkit. Hopefully this is helpful to someone.

Available Components

WIFI_Driver = Intel(R) WiFi Driver
WIFI_Software = Intel(R) WiFi Core
WIFI_SDK = Intel(R) WiFi Software Development Kit {Hidden}
WIFI_UI = Intel(R) WiFi User Interface
WIFI_Simple_Config = Intel(R) Simple Config
WIFI_SSO = Single Sign On
WIFI_PLC = Pre-Logon Connect
WIFI_WMI = WMI Support
WIFI_Troubleshooter = Intel(R) Wireless Troubleshooter
WIFI_Help = Intel(R) WiFi Applications Help
WIFI_Admin_Toolkit = Administrator Toolkit

Sample xml

Note
Commandline to install/update the drivers separately:
DPInst32.exe /LM /SA /SE /SW

Note: the drivers are installed separately, so they are not removed when uninstalling the software.

Commandline to install Intel Proset 12.2.0.0. This will install the Intel Proset client with the following components:

- No drivers, No Admin Tools, No WMI
- Include SSO, WIFI Protected-Setup, Troubleshooter
- Force to English Language

msiexec.exe /i "Intel PROSet Wireless.msi" ADDLOCAL=WIFI_SSO,WIFI_PLC,WIFI_UI,WIFI_Software,WIFI_Simple_Config,WIFI_Troubleshooter,WIFI_Help,WIFI_NOSSO ALLUSERS="2" ProductLanguage="1033" REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qn /l*v %TEMP%\Add.Log"

Commandline to remove the Intel Proset. This will remove the client BUT keep the drivers as they are not installed. This will delete all the settings, including the Administrative Profiles. But it will keep the users personal settings (own WIFI connections).

msiexec.exe /x {35C0A1E4-D02A-412C-841F-266DBB116ABB} SAVESETTINGS=0 REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qn /L*v "%TEMP%\Remove.Log"

To configure the application including to provide Administrative connection, you need to install the client once with the Administrator toolkit. Then you can create as much as SSO files as you may need to configure the application. Then copy the SSO files in C:\Program Files\Intel\AutoImport. They will be processed by the Intel Client and configure it.
