During uninstallation, you may required to close all the application related to the Exceed 14 product. If any of the applications are open, the windows installer will ask the user to close it before proceeding with the uninstallation.

For that you have to create an execute immediate custom action to kill the tasks that run during uninstallation. You can place the custom action in the sequence table between Costinitialize and Filecost.

The application has the following issues.

1. The Msi already have Active Setup registry keys in it. However, while running, the active setup displays Windows Installer during user login.

2. The application creates an databse entry in users desktop: "Connection Central".
For removing this entry, we need to add two registry keys to the current user hive (HKCU). So please add the registry keys which are mentioned below.
