Evernote 4.3 is distributed as an exe which accepts standard MSI command line syntax. For example, to perforn a silent install run "Evernote_4.2.3.2.exe /quiet".
Use the App Deployment Tool to stop the login popup from coming up after installation. Kace will make the install silent, so there is no special arguments needed.
