I captured the main application by the usual process, cancelled the Neevia document creator install, and the vb install, and installed these as custom actions;

VBRun60sp5.exe /Q
cr.exe /SP- /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /user="username", /company="companyname",/serial="serial number"

information for cr.exe can be found in pdfRegInfo.txt installed to INSTALLDIR I hope this helps someone.

I had an issue with PW.ini which was ignored by wise capture, (this stores all the db locations and key for the app and resulted in a vb error). This error was the reason I didn't capture the cr.exe and vbrun60sp5.exe.
