• Run Setup.exe
• Click Create Deployment instead of Install
• Select all options as if you are installing
• Add your Serial Number
• When process is finished, it will ask you where to install deployment, you can also name the deployment which will be the name of the INI file in proceeding steps below. I believe the default is AdminImage
• After you have copied all source where you want it, then you can edit the INI file
• for instance, we keep all of our log files in the same folder on a pc, so I did a find and replace for %temp% to %ourFolderpath%
• Also note, some of the changes when configuing will be stored in the MST file, (like Serial Number)

Uninstalling is a different animal.. YOu might want to scan hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall to find PlantDesigns uninstall commandline. Otherwise you will have to uninstall up to 35 msi's, and in the right order

We created a script that has all 35 prodcodes in an INI files and will first check if each is installed, and then run "msiexec.exe /x {prodcode} /qb" to remove it.
