Note
I first installed Elements "manually" onto a Clean PC, then exported this from the registry:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0

Then I made a capture from another Clean PC,(InstallShield) and finally added the info from the exported reg file..
