Here is the download page where you can download the binaries and the docs. I'm planning of doing some late night reading.

Will we be able to use WSUS for patching (.msp) of our own apps, or just MS apps like Office?

Update: I talked to someone attending TechEd in Orlando today and he mentioned that third party patching via WSUS will be (supposedly) available by using the SDK.
