wsftp pro 2007

have any one package wsftp pro 2007, i repackage it but i keep getting a error went i launch the executeable. i keep getting "HASP SL Client Runtime Error" if i give full permission of HKCR\CLSID it works fine. but went i remove the permission i get the error again.
