On the "The Package Knowledge Base" section someone wrote "Adding the IPSwitchKeys section and value from your license should bypass the activation screens", has anyone been able to do this? I tried it a few times, but couldn't get it to work. I then found a forum post that says you have to get a volume license to bypass the activation, but we don't know how many licenses we will need so we can't/don't do that. I am packageing the install and have been directed to see if there is a way to bypass the activation or at least inject the serial number some how. Any help would be great!

Can you not just snapshot the differeneces post activation? (thats if you are ok to activate it the one time?) and add those changes via transform to the install? I have done similar in the past IIRC to get me around validation on every install. Have never packaged WS_FTP Pro 2007 so can't offer more advice on the app.
