Wrong PersonalFolder maaping after installation
Hello Masters,
One of my package installs user data under My documents Folder. In my company environment, this My documents folder is mapped to network drive (Home folder). I am trying to move data folder from My documents to AppDataFolder in C: drive.
I was able to manage it through,
1. System Search.
2. Set directory to Appdatafolder
--> it worked fine during installation & Active setup.
But problem is that, when I launch this application, it generates user data folders under Homefolder!![:'(][:(] and reads default profile data from there.
How can I control this? I searched if there is any files like ini that contain the location info. but I couldn't find it. Maybe it is hardcoded somewhere?

I am afraid its not possible all the times because some applications are created with some sort of hardcoding, i.e. the application .exe will search for the default profile data only under 'My Documents', 'My Pictures', etc.
I suggest look for clues in the registry. Sometimes applications have these paths stored in the registry (but thats if you are really lucky!)
Guys, in case you have another solution then please share it. This is one problem that a lot many people face.
