Work Flow Processes stuck in Process Complete status

I have noticed that our work flow tickets recently instead of when the last child ticket closes all tickets close including the parent isn't working.

The child tickets say closed status but the parent ticket gets stuck at process complete and just stays there.

Anyone else see this problem or found a resolution?

  • I have the same problem also. As far as I can tell, this happens when the template is modified while an existing ticket created from that template is still active.
    It's a bit annoying because it makes reporting on open/closed ticket status inaccurate.
    I can't even create a filter to view how many of these tickets there are since that status is not available under the Status drop down menu.
    It would be nice if someone could offer a fix.
