Wise OleAutomation with Chsarp

I've developed a Csharp exe that utilizes the WFWI Oleautomation calls ( i.e Compile, SetMediaOption). From this self contained EXE I can save and compile WSI's, create MSIs, etc Everything works great, but when I deploy the Csharp EXE to another PC, the EXE spits out an Exception Error and stops as soon as the program reaches the line that instantiates the WFWI object.

Anyone know what may be wrong here?

Does each machine that runs this EXE have to have a WFWI license installed?

Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks for any help
