Wiping hard drive with overwriting it with both 1's and 0's
Hi there,
I've been using SDELETE sysinternal command to wipe our hard drives. But recently we've got a new standard that instead of just overwriting the hard drives with all 0's, we also have to overwrite it with all 1's.
I think to make my question simpler, is there a way to overwrite a hard drive with various patterns (0's, 1's or random)?
I'm also positive that there is an power shell script as an alternative method for this.

Are these drives going to be re-used? If not, take them apart and smash the platters. There's no way to recover from that.
If you want to re-use them, The Ultimate Boot CD contains a shed-load of tools to securely overwrite hard drive content.
