Winmail.dat file attachment in Kace Ticketing System
When we create a ticket through webmail with attachments, Attachments are coming as winmail.dat. How we can fix it to access the correct attachments
The only thing you can do: stop sending RTF coded mails to the service desk. Since this "special format" cannot be interpreted by most of the mail servers and therefore the raw data is attached.
Set the default to html or plain text in your "webmail provider"
