Windows Installer - Restart Manager

Quick question.

To set the Restart Manager the PROPERTY (and have it effective), do we need to update the Schema to v4+
or
just by using Windows Installer v5, it will natively recognise and acton the property?

Second bit, reading a lot of MSDN stuff but I can't for the life of me find the PROPERTY to disable killing/shutting down of a process by the Restart Manager. Trying to do a silent install but I don't want the installer killing explorer to avoid a restart, would rather wait.

Any pointers appreciated.

Humm, does this mean Windows Installer will always kill/shutdown the process in full silent UI mode?
Silent UI level installations always shut down applications and services, and on Windows Vista, always use Restart Manager.
