Windows Feature Update 1803 to 1909
I'm trying to use the Kace appliance and the new Windows Feature Update to get machines running 1803 to 1909. It appears to start but never finishes. I don't see a lot in any logs I can find what the issue is. Should I be trying to upgrade to 1903 first then 1909?

I have a very similar experience, where I will either get false positives (such as Completed - Successfully installed) and it did not upgrade, or it will state that it the deployment was a failure, and the logs do not really provide a lot of details regarding to why the upgrade failed. - JDesjardine 3 years ago

I would suggest that you both log tickets with support and see what response you get. Being a first function release, I am aware that there may still be some issues with the Feature Release functionality. Logging a ticket will confirm if you are having a new issue, it will also help inform support if your issue is new.
