On one of my Citrix servers every 20min the attached error pops up.

Windows cannot find kboxuserextension.exe application, Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.

That error will pop-up if the 5.1 client is unable to find it. If it truly wasn't there I would suspect it to complain every 2 seconds, not every 20 minutes. Please open a support ticket.
