my KACE SMA inventory for windows 1607 build 14393 can't manage inventory
detail os:
the device status is offline but can update KACE SMA inventory
anyone have suggestions ? Thank you

If I remember correctly with 8 there was a limitation which could cause this.
So the first advise is:
Install supported environments:
SMA 10.2 with 10.2 agents as of today and also W10 1809
You always should check the logs under c:\programdata\quest\kace\user\ for error messages since they are really helpful.
