I am able to run the other Windows Security updates, but it is not patching my smart label I have set up for Office updates.

  • A lot of variables could cause that. Are the patches themselves disabled? Do you have it set to run on a schedule and enabled? If you can give more detail, I'm sure someone here will be able to help.
  • I have it all set up correctly. These patches run on some of my workstations, but not all of them for some reason.
  • Well, the question states that it won't patch any, so that's not quite the same thing. Does the patching log suggest that it's trying and failing for those machines, or is it not even getting that far?
  • The logs show that they are able to detect, but not deploy the patches.
  • This is an example of what the logs are showing. It looks like it is not able to find the key in the registry:
