Why K1000 can't detect software version in different platform?

Dear All,

Why K1000 can't detect software version in different platform? for my company I use distribution for deploy software to all client machine but I have some issue with K1000 the issue is if my client have same version but different platform [some machine install in X86 but some machine install install in X64] so do we have the way to set K1000 not install on that machine?

If I understand you issue properly you are saying that the software is not installing on some operating systems or architectures. Often this is caused by not selecting the Supported Operations systems for that software title in the software inventory detail page. If I have misunderstood, please restate the question.

    Thanks for your quick answer but it still not solved my issue. My issue is I have plan to control software version in my company that mean before we have KACE we install by manual so some machine got new version some old version so since we have KACE I need all machine to have same version [in my company we use MS Windows 7 x64] the problem is if some machine have software with the same version that I set on my KACE but different platform [I mean on my KACE version x64 but on client machine is x86] then KACE try to install on that machine because it can't detect!! so please advise
