why k1000 agent run at windows server 2003 of hypherv occur error?

I install windows2003 server at hypherv.i install k1000 agent on the windows 2003server. it occur error "ACUCONFIG.EXE
error 0XC0000417" when the k1000 agent running.

Do you have Remote Desktop running or trying to install the agent through RDP? It can cause issues. It also needs to be server 2003 SP1 at a minimum.

Turn off remote desktop or don't have it running while installing.
