Why does the install stop when I try to deploy Notepad++?

I have a script to install Notepad++ version 6.5.  When I go to deploy it to a test workstation, I see it stops at the first install screen when it asks to click OK.  The only parameters I have set is /s.

it downloaded with a wierd name so I renamed it from Notepad%2b%2b 6.5.3 silent.exe to notepad653.exe

created a script

add it installed without any interaction
