Where did the "Expand Parent Ticket" arrow go on process Child tickets?

I recently upgraded my K1000 from v6.3 to v7.0 and noticed that I can no longer expand the parent ticket's information from the child tickets in a process. If I need to see information that is on the parent ticket I have to click the hyperlink of the parent ticket and open the parent ticket. If I am not an owner of the parent ticket queue this will obviously not work for me. I used to be able to just click the "expand" arrow button next to the parent ticket reference in my child ticket to see all of the details from the parent without actually having to open the parent ticket. Am I missing something in v7.0?
