When trying to set the secureVNCplugin.dsm encryption on ultraVNC

When trying to set the secureVNCplugin.dsm encryption on ultraVNC, I get the following error message when trying to remote a pc - SecureVNCPlugin authentication failed (no plugin interface available). what am i doing wrong!

right i have been fiddling with it now and i am getting a different error:-

Connection Failed - Invalid Protocol !
