when to used LDAP in KACE
WE have 5+ domains in our network, we should we use LDAP AUthentication in KACE,
when there is need for LDAP implementation, since we are new to KACE we need some help on this

LDAP authentication depends on what you want your K1000 to do. So you will need to hook up the K1 to LDAP if:
1- You need your technicians to use their own login ID to make changes within KACE
as this will track changes that each individual tech makes within the application
2 - You want users to use the end user portal
So the customer will need to logon to enable the download of software or logging of tickets
3 - You want customers to use your service desk
So when they email the service desk they are recognised as authorised customers
