Could something be blocking the kpatch process?
When I run a detect patches many computers will fail error and stop checking in. The Amp Agent will still show green, but to get them to check in I have to restart the amp agent on the effected computer.
- I have whitelisted in our AV(Endpoint Protection) C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Kace and C:\ProgramData\Dell\Kace
- Do I need to allow anything for windows firewall?
- How can I tell what is causing it to error out?
