When capturing image - Image Source: is empty

Hi,

just for this one specific machine type I am seeing no drives in the Image Source: field.

is this as simple as a missing driver? 

I added the driver to the samba share and re-cached the drivers on that folder.

What am I missing?

  • Make sure you see the Hard drive on the BIOS.

    If it's ok there,you will need to build a new KBE, the one you are using lacks the drivers needed to communicate with the hard drive.

    The ones from here are most compatible ones:
    https://support.quest.com/download-install-detail/6082977

    Make sure those are your ONLY drivers inside the \\K2\drivers\kbewindowsx64\ folder, nothing else should be there, re-cache all drivers, and builld a new PE10 KBE.
