What is the use of dotnet security files
security.config.cch enterprisesec.config.cch.
Aparently the default dotnet policy is to have all security opened up by default. So what is the use of setting specific permissions for your application ?

You should have a tool in your Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> .Net configuration 1.1
If you open this and go to Runtime Security Policy you should find alot of info on its use.
