Post configuration means doing some settings in your application so that those settings are applied to all users while installation of the application.
you can take a setup capture while doing any post installation configuration and include those files/registries in your package.
Make sure to clean up the files and registries of junk values.

yes.. anything which is required apart from initial installation is post configuration. - piyushnasa 11 years ago
