We are unable to install the new ampagent 5.4.5313

When we first deployed kace in our enviroment we had a server with a mapped directory.(over a year ago) and the server no longer exist.  I have upgraded K1000 server to the latest 5.4.5315 but when the new agent fails to install. I tried to install it manually but I receive a popup window asking for the old directory from a server that no longer exist. Is the a way to clean the registry of the ampagent so that I get the new ampagent to install? I have over 350 computer across three states.

What version of the agent is currently on the systems?  Is deploying through GPO an option?

It sounds like the uninstall of the old  version first may be problem.  Try to manually remove old client before running install to see what happens
