Way to check the integrity of a software downloaded from ITNinja ?

Hello all,

I and a few colleagues are planning to use free tool AppDeploy Repackager in a massive deployment project for a French  large account.

Our problem is to ensure the integrity of the version downloaded from IT Ninja as the community terms of use do not seem to offer any guarantee.

Could you please tell me if some "editor" link exists (i.e. redirecting to quest.com) or if there are any other means to check the executable integrity (checksum) ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

We do store the checksum values and I can certainly get this added to the download page for the given files.

  • Thanks for your answer Amyd.
It would definitely be great if you could provide me with this information. - Christophe BUSSY 1 year ago
  • Alternatively, there is no way to download this tool from the official "Quest" website ? - Christophe BUSSY 1 year ago
    • No. the tool is hosted by ITNinja, which is owned and operated by Quest. - amyd 1 year ago
      • OK Amyd, should not be a problem. How long do you think it would take to add the checksum to the product download page ? Would it be possible for you to send it to me in the meanwhile ? - Christophe BUSSY 1 year ago
    • Will send it to your email shortly. - amyd 1 year ago

I've added the checksum to the file downloads page.
