i know this is not going to help much but it is certainly possible as I did it once years ago. I will see if I can dig up the code I used to do it, I am sure I will have it lying around somewhere.
I wrote a little (wise) workbench type app to run with IS which passed in command line params to configure all this stuff up. I will see if I can find it (will email it to you if I can)
