Visual Studio .NET 2003
I've been trying for some time to get Visual Studio .NET 2003 deployment working, but I just can't seem to get it. After being frustrated several times, I tried following the directions at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/En-US/library/aa290351(VS.71).aspx
When VS.NET finally deployed to the machine, and I'd try to run it, it would open the IDE briefly, an MSI installation thingy would flash in front if it (the windows is configuring...), and then the whole thing would just promptly exit. Nothing in the event log, nothing looking like a log in %TMP%. At this point, I'm pretty stumped. Any advice on the problem or even where to further look for an error message would be greatly appreciated.
