Systems Management

I am looking to customize a feature in Vista, and so far I haven't had much luck in tracking down information or capturing changes using Wise for deployment purposes.

Note: I know how to do this manually, but I want to find a way to automate and deploy this.

In Compmgmt.msc - disable the Action Pane - using a regkey or otherwise so I can automate it in the build or after.
