Virtualizing Patrol console central 7.8.10 with App-V

I have sequenced BMC Software Patrol console central 7.8.10, But i could not open help file from application itself after launching the "Patrol central" Shortcut. could any one help on this.

is nothing happening at all or how does the issue present itself?
what version of App-V?

Application(patrol central shortcut) will launch perfectly, but when i goto help-->index in the application itself, nothing happening...I have asked the user like, as it is not working through application, will create separate shortcut help which will work perfectly. But they want to use it through application itself :( Please help
