VirtualBox displays Rainbow Mess when booting to KBE
Just started a few days ago. Probably better at VBox forum but figured I'd ask here since its limited to the KBE... anyways this is what happens when I boot into my KBE using VBox:
I'm guessing I will have to downgrade VBox ,but figured I'd ask just in case.

You need to post details of your VB set-up (RAM, video, NIC, etc.) since we regrettably have no psychic powers.
It's almost certainly a driver issue, though. Have you downloaded the latest KBE drivers from Dell?
I also tried our other KBEs, and they are giving various errors (Fault in Nonpaged Area --- in tcpip.sys).
If I boot using bare metal, everything seems to work.... halp! - robcav 7 years ago
