I need to write a vB script that checks if a user is logged on then the msi should be installed via sms remotely

Your question is a bit confusing - which is why I think you've had a lot of views but no replies.
SMS has the facility to only install a package if a user is logged in at the time.
Or is that you are after a script for a SPECIFIC user to be logged in?
In which case you should be able to do this will SMS and user groups etc for collection membership.
Can you please clarify your issue and someone may be able to assist you further.
